I loved our stay here. Its perfect for the city, right on the doorstep of everything. Ok its not the Hilton but we found it clean,friendly and ideal for the couple of nights we stayed 10/10.

I liked this hotel and I didn’t have any complaints or problems during my stay. Antea Hotel is ideally situated in the historical center of the city. However, $99 per night, I don’t think it’s a good value!! :)

The desk agent was rude and offensive. They don’t speak english very well either so they can hardly understand you when you talk. My wife had to ask questions two different ways for better understanding. Though we didn’t have any problems with the room itself we weren’t satisfied with the customer service. The location was good.

Stayed here one night on a quick business trip to Istanbul. Location was ideal and in the middle of things right in Sultanahmet. Everything you need within a few hundred meters of the hotel, including nice place for coffee & brekfast, etc. Hotel was basic but everything was fine and it is by far the best value in the area with other choices being either c***** or very expensive. Seems like an excellent choice for tourists or others on a budget i think.

I ahad a good stay at Antea Hotel. The staff was friendly and helpful, despite what I had read on the website!!! The room was rather large compared with the typical European room, and I found it to be clean and comfortable. There was very friendly personnel at the front desk and decent food. Good stay at a good price.

This hotel is agreat choise, located in Sultanahmet. It offers a part of the City with lots of greenery and fresh air. I thought the bedrooms in the hotel were large with great views over the old part of the city and they had the most comfortable beds. Great hotel for leisure or business. I will defintely stay there again

The room was clean and you can tell the furniture in our room was new. Since I’m European, the rooms didn’t seem particularly small to me - how much room do you need! Good location: close to Blue Mosque, St.Sophia, Topkapi Place and Grand Bazaar. There is also now a new all-day restaurant just by the hotel that serves great food if you want to eat out. The hotel also has a bar, everything you need!

We stayed at theAntea Hotel Sultanahmet last month during our stay in Istanbul. Their hotel is definitely not a 4 star hotel. However, the overall experience is OK since we were on a budget, the rate was good for us. They have free shuttle from airport to the hotel, so you don’t have to worry about the expense. They also offer free breakfast in the morning. The room is not very spacious though but staff was nice.

Though Antea Hotel is conviniently located in the historical center of Istanbul, I don’t think this is a good choice. The service was not very professional and friendly. Complimentary breakfast was a farce: juice, coffee, fruit..One time we came in almost by the end of it and most of food was gone and they wouldn’t refill it for us.

The main thing I noticed about the Antea hotel was that it was very quiet. I don’t know if there was just little occupancy that particular perios of time whe nwe stayed, but I found it to be very relaxing. The room was good, nothing outstanding, but it was definitely worth the price. The location is great as well, for the price I paid, it was a great experience and a fun weekend

I came for a business trip for a little over a week. Staff not nice, not always greeted me when walking through the lobby. This hotel looked much nicer from the outside. Had a problem with shower in my room.

We had a very nice stay at Antea Hotel last month. From my point of view the rate was very reasonable as we had a safe, desk, LCD screen tv set, phone, monibar i nthe room... The hotel didn’t have any pool and we weren’t lucky to get a nice view fro mthe windows but the hotel itself was close to historical attractions so it was good for us, just waht we needed.

Antea Hotel is ok, but in my opinion it could probably use some renovations and money put into it. The carpet i nthe room looked old and shabby. The hotel is not very clean but the staff was friendly, so if you can get a good deal on it like we did, it’s not a bad choice if you want to stay in Sultanahmet.

Antea Hotel’s room was comfortable but basic. And the hotel had a suprisingly good bar =)) Location was very convenient to the sights and public transportation. It was a bit expensive in my opinion, but that’s probably due to center city location.

Antea Hotel was not bad overall. Clean, no complaints there. But front desk staff wasn’t very friendly at check in and check out. Ibooked it cause the price seemed right, but if you are o na flexible budget, you should choose a different hotel ,as there are better hotels in the area.
