Nice, clean hotel with a beauty salon and sauna. Rooms are rather small but it’s quite enough for tourists who come to see the city. Well-trained staff. Free tea and coffee. Nice view from the terrace. I’ve been to Istanbul for the first time. Next time I will stay at this hotel once more.

The hotel is located in an excellent place, and this was the main reason I chose it. I visited Istanbul as a tourist and the hotel is situated near the tram station, so it was quite easy to get any direction. The staff was very helpful, but I found out some of them do not speak English very well, but it was not a very big problem ’cause I addressed another person.

I travel a lot and stay a lot in the hotels. I must say that the Baron Hotel is nothing like a luxurious hotel, but it’s a good option for travelers who come to Istanbul for sightseeing. Rooms are kinda small but have all the standard amenities like minibar, A/C, TV etc.

We found it very convinient that the hotel is located steps away from the Grand Bazaar and tram station. We could get anywhere in the city by tram cause taxi is expensive. Baron hotel is located in a very peaceful area still we didn’t feel safe getting back to the hotel late at night. If you like shopping, there are planty of stores in the area. Our room was nice and clean enough. Clerks at the desk don’t speak English very well, it was hard to understand when we asked for directions.

just returned from staying at the baron hotel for 7 nights. super location for shopping and eating out,nice clean hotel. didnt like being charged $15 to use the swimming pool. nice clean rooms.room 416 is a little to hot.air con in that room not to brilliant. breakfast was super.really good choice of food to start off your day.hotel staff friendly and polite.all in all my stay was pleasant

Baron Hotel’s room was very big and I got a nice view of asian side out the window.The hotel staff were very friendly and always ready to offer advice. The indoor pool was clean and warm, the hotel food was pretty good. The room we had was very clean and had everythign we needed. Overall I would definitely stay at the Baron Hotel again!

I think it is a great hotel in a very handy location. we booked this hotel based on the reviews here and also it’s proximity to city centre. Everything was great. It is only 10 mins walk from the Grand Bazaar, and many other places are in walking distance too. The free breakfast provided was more than adequate for us with a wide range of goods of local cuisin and european...to fill you up. All in all, a great hotel.

Nice room - Nice front desk help. Very clean and the beds and pillows were very good. The only problem wass the slamming of the doors, when you are in your room you can hear neighbors slamming their doors, it was very annoying and disturbing. Then if people are walking down the hallway and yo uare in your room, you can clearly hear them talking too ((((((

I think it’s a great rate for such a nice hotel that is centrally located and has 4 stars. There are many other 4 star hotels that offer much higher rates but they don’t have such a great location. Plus they offer a free transfer, great deal!!! If you are looking for a place for a vacation, this is a great place with nice staff. I would like to stay againn.

We spent three nights in this hotel. In general, it is not bad but we did have a trouble with the air-conditioner and if you are looking for a luxurious place to stay you might want to keep looking as this hotel does not meet the requirements of a 4 star hotel but rather a three star. I have stayed at a 3 star hotel before and there is no difference at all.

Baron Hotel is a very nice place for vacations and sightseeing, my girlfriend and I stayed here in the end of March and were very pleased with the service. Our room was very large and bright (we had a non-smoking standard), we had a phone, a mini-bar, tv, air conditioning. They even have a doctor on call, my gf felt unwell and they provided medical assistance. I highly recommend Baron Hotel, as I had a great stay myself.

This hotel is located very conviniently in the old town. We just loved the roof retaurant, we tried there some delicios spexcialties of local cuisine. There is also a roof bar with unbelievable Asian Coast view. ALL main sightseeing places in walking distance, invluding Blue Mosque, Topkapi, St Sophia. Open buffet breakfats was very good/ thanks for everything!!

Good hotel in Beyazit, we had a nice room with a phone, private bathroom, minibar, airconditioner, satellite television. The restaurant was good and the also have a bar in lobby and a rooftop bar. We didn’t have a safe in the room but there was a safebox available at reception, they also have laundry nd dry clenaign service which was very convinient. Hotel is very clsoe to the center of old city.

Our family stayed in Baron Hotel. A friend of mine recommended this hotel to us, he said that for a family trip it is quite appropriate. And it really was. Comfortable rooms and cozy atmosphere had a positive influence on our relaxation and especially on our children. Of course, most of time we spent out of the hotel on city tours, but on the nights, after tiresome day, internal hotel life was providing a full recreation for us. Suggest everybody select only this hotel! ;)
