I think the best thing about BW the President is the location, all the best places to see are very close to the hotel. The area is quiet and we felt safe walking at night. Our room was ok, but I have a suggestion to put coffee makers in every room as ours didn’t have any. There is a nice small pool in the hotel which I found quite relaxing.

Just an average hotel as many other hotels in Istanbul are. It doesn’t stand out. Breakfast was OK but not so many choices. Room pretty small but it was ok for me, the only thing the ac was pretty loud, the bathroom was clean though but faucets and toilet looked old.

I booked it caus emy friends stayed here before but I wasn’t as excited as they were. Basic hotel. Nothing fancy. Basic Turkish breakfast as anywhere. What is so special?? The receptionist speaking broken English, that was funny on one hand, but on the other hand it’s a four star hotel for Gods sake with lots of tourists comign from overseas!

I had a nice stay, a spacious enough room (junior suite) with an excellent view. However, had a lot of troube with the room key. It’s a good thing ther is a kettle in the room, but they didn’t put new packets of tea and coffee every day.

the hotels location is absolutely great. it’s so close to the main historic attractions. but I wish the staff at the desk was more enthusiastic in providing information. it was hard еo get more detailed info from the staff, they were busy. also I would say the size of the room is very small.

What I liked the best about this hotel – terrace on the upper florr with lounge chairs. I thought the view from there was amazing at any time of the day. Our room was nice and comfortable, the breaksfat was great, abundance of fruits. They have a swimming pool but unfortunately it’s closed at 10 pm. The front desk staff helped us with the maps, it’s good to have someone help you with the map if your in Istanbul for the fisrt time. We had a nice stay, we will be back!!

Very friendly and helpful staff. The AC didn’t work in my room, but then they fixed it. I asked for a wake-up call and didn’t get it, but the alarm clock worked! :)

We got two connecting rooms, since I have a big family :) Thanks for excellent service and everything. My kids enjoyed the breakfast served in the hotel in the morning. I just didn’t like the prices for alcohol in the restaurant. It was kind of noisy in the room on 6 floor right above our rooms, I guess that’s where the staff prepares breaksfast.

I’m glad we stayed at Best Western. Everybody from front desk was very nice and friendly. It’s a good and clean hotel. It was very quiet, so I had a very good night sleep. We had a nice view from the room. The breakfast in the morning exceeded all expectations. The rooms are nice and clean but kinds small. Drinks are sort of expensive. I wanted to go to the gym in the early morning but it was closed :(

Best Western The President Hotel is a great hotel. I will definately stay here again next time I am in Istanbul. It’s located in downtown, so it’s very convenient. I really liked your breakfast too. The wellness center was nice, but the pool I’d say too small. My family and I stayed on the bottom floor, but next time I’m gonna get a room on the upper floor, the view is better from the upper floor.

I was pleasantly surprised by how quiet it was, though the hotel is in the center of the city! The location couldn’t be better. My room was very clean, they only thing was that they forgot to bring new bottles of shampoo and gel a couple of times. They have a bar restaurant gym and swimming pool. I had a nice stay, I just wasn’t lucky with the neighbors, they were too loud, and unfortunately I could hear it in my room.

The hotel has a great location. It was really convenient all the most important historical monuments were in walking distance. Plus the prices at minibar were great. I enjoyed a nice view at the sea. Breakfast was delicious. We ordered a meal for kids in the room. Thanks for getting our suite ready and putting an extra bed for kids on our arrival, offering a complimentary basket with fruits on arrival. We appreciated that the turkeytps.com rate was much lower than the rate at front desk. All in all, it’s a really nice hotel.

All in all it was not bad, but you could hear everythign in the next room so BW has the same problem that a cheap hotel woukld have though this hotel is expensive, I booked it cause I thought it’d be diferent ha!. Well, yes, many things made a difference from a cheap hotel but some things were the same. Next time I make sure I don’t overpay!! Prices in bar were very expensive as well. The business center didn’t even have a decent keyboard!!

In general my stay at this hotel was fine, clean, comfortable hotel, but noisy, I didn’t get too much sleep but I only stayed two nights, doors bangign, cleanign staff talking too loud in the hallways and entering the room when I’m sleeping in there!! Location is AWESOME!

We had a group of 4, booked two rooms. It was disappointing that rooms vary in size and the other couple that travelled with us had a bigger room, though we booked together and paid the same. The Best Western hotel in general is nice, with a nice pool and great restaurant. I would like to stay here again but in a different room, with a better view (we found out they do have rooms with excellent view).
