The rooms are new and very clean. Beds and rest of furniture have no broken parts or scratches. Clean and comfortable accommodation. Toilet and and shower fit all sanitary norms.

This hotel was a very pleasent surprise. The room was relatively clean and had confortable beds, hotel has a sauna, with a friendly staff.Room service was fast.The restaurant had quite expensive prices though. This hotel did everything well, which is not found in even the best hotels.

I was mostly concerned about the rate, location (we wanted a hotel in Laleli district) and cleanliness of the hotel. So, Carlton Hotel, Istanbul met my requiremetns. It was in Laleli, it was not expensive and it was pretty clean. It’s not a hotel for honeymoon of course, but good for budget travel.

We always enjoy budget hotels and we would reccomend this hotel to anyone. Stay at Carlton, save a lot! The room was not very spacious and the beds were too hard. Be aware that they use air-spray with a very strong scent. I have allergies, so this is not a benefit for me. But breakfast was ok.

The location was confusing for sightseeing as you have to do a lot of walking to get to blue Mosque and back to the hotel. The room we had was too small and towels were stained. Also, there was a terrible smell of smoke in the room thought it was non-smoking. Breakfat as god though and it was great that it was included in the price. This hotel is below average in my opinion.

Well I can say that basically everthing met my expectations and I was overall pleased with everything except for the hotels location, we were mostly interested in sightseeing, but it was a little too far to walk. Free breakfats wa ssatisfactory. Hotel was clean, rooms pretty small but this is common for Turkish hotels as I heard.

We enjoyed our stay at Carlton hotel. It was conveniently located for shopping and in a quiet neighborhood. The only thing, it was not very luxurious, it was pretty basic. But we didn’t pay a lot of money for the rate so I guess you are getting what you pay for. Like I said the hotel has a ideal location fr those who came to Istanbul for shopping, as Laleli is the best area.

We had a super staff, a great room and we liked it. The breakfast buffet was especially good and the rate we paid for this hotel was adequate for the quality of service we were offered. I mean it’s not like it’s a fancy place but it was OK for us. We prefer to spend money on shopping than some super hotel to sleep overnight.

We were looking for cheap accomodation in Istanbul and we decided to book Carlton as the rate seemed to be very attractive. And honestly, I was a little bit worried that Carlton would turn out a bad place to stay at as we paid little (Istanbul is a very expensive city). But it was a nice place to stay at. Breakfast was good and had many choices. We were very glad we made the right choice.

This is just an average 3 star hotel, in good location if you are here for shopping, but don’t expect anything luxurious, it’s a basic hotel with basic amentities. We didn’t have a nice view from the room, but the room was clean and this is all that mastters to me.

The hotel is situated in the historical part of the city it takes only 15 minutes to reach the monuments and only 30 minutes – to Taskim by foot if you do not want to wait for the bus.
The hotel: the room may be changed and in case if you give for tea about 10 dol. the room shall be much better.
The staff is very friendly and polite!
The room is large, the furniture is rather good, there is also the refrigerator, the TV set and the bath (not douche) are in this room.
Actually the rooms are very nice there and the views over the city are marvelous. The food is very decent, breakfast included and every day they cook something new and special.
The room is cleaned every day, the safe is free of charge at the reception where we can keep there the documents and money
The only thing that this hotel lacks is the swimming pool on the roof but for the winter season there is the sauna and the beauty saloon.
Generally the hotel deserves five stars and we are very satisfied with it! Thankyou
