My husband and I stayed at this hotel for 2 nights. They tried to charge us extra, but luckily we noticed that on time. Also there was a construction not far from the hotel and it was noisy when you open the window. The front desk agents were not friendly.

We liked the room, but weren’t very satisfied with housekeeping service. They forgot to clean our room one day. Also there were some crazy people staying next to our room the third night and they were extremely loud. Laughing loudly and talking, slamming doors until 2 in the morning. I think the management of the hotel should have taken care of it, but they didn’t do anything.

This hotel is the second I ever stayed at in Istanbul. This 3 -star hotel
is pretty much the same as the other 3-star hotel where we stayed before, but it’s much cheaper. This is what I liked about it =) Its location was very convinient and we were offered a pretty large room for two. Breakfast was served on a terrace with a very beautiful view at Marmara Sea.

All in all we had a good stay, Dedem Hotel is a pretty hotel. But there were problems with the room, cause our shower was out of order when we checked in though they fixed it later. What I liked about this hotel the most - its location and the rate, good value.

My boyfriend and I stayed here during our short visit in Istanbul. Hotels staff doesn’t speak English very well. We were checked in a room that was extremely small, so asked to be moved into a bigger room. Didn’t like their breakfast either. Only good thing - hotel is in old city, a walk away from the sites.

Stayed here for 5 nights with my husband. We were very happy with our choice. Dedem Hotel was located very close to tram stop and in walking distance from most touristic places. The only problem we encountered was the window that we tried to open but it didn’t work.

Really nice hotel, situated on a busy street, which I think would make it hard to find if we had to get to the hotel on our own, but we were offered a free transfer from the airport and that was taken care of by TurkeytPS compnay. Thanks! We had a small but pretty clean and cosy room, would be nice if it was bigger but still it was okay for us.

We chose Dedem Hotel because it was located in historical area of the city, Sultanahmet. We just enjoyed staying here! Our room was very clean at all times. Everything in room was in order. We had AC, minibar, phone in the room.

Don’t expect anything more than the basics. Dedem Hotel does not deserve its rating. My room looked old and wasn’t clean enough. Hotel is in the historical center of Istanbul, but that’s the only nice thing..

Hey guys! I always preder staying in small hotels as I belive that the customer approach in small hotels is different, staff tends to be more customer-oriented in small hotels in my opinion. Dedem hotel’s staff proved it once again. Terrific people who love their job and would do everything for the guest!! We had a very pleasane stay at Dedem and would love to be bakc one day again.

This hotel was nice but it was PACKED when we were there which is why it was very noisy. It kept me up all night. Besides it is located on a noisy street so you can’t open windows. On the positive side, we had a bigger room that our friends did. Breakfast was good too.

Loved the location of this gorgeous inexpensive boutique hotel!!! Could walk everywhere cause very close to the sights!! The downside is that the room was very small, still a nice hotel. Breakfast was included in the rate and we were also able to get a free transfer from the airport upon arrival. Good deal.

I stayed here for business. The room was small for a hotel room. Very good location, nice architecture that added to the historical feel of the place. I didn’t like one thing, that my room didn’t get cleaned every day.
