My friend and I stayed at Eresin crown Hotel with another couple. We had badly stained carpet in our room. The towels were old and thin. The bed was uncomfortable. Staff was unresponsive to our complaints.

My girlfriend and I visited Istanbul from March 1 to March 4 and had a wonderful experience at the Eresin Crown Hotel. The front desk agent was extremely helpful and very informative with respect to recommendations for restaurants, etc. The hotel was beautiful, as we always try to stay at historical establishments. Our room was lovely but a little noisy being on the front. We should have asked for a quiet room. Other than that it was a pleasant stay.

We spent one night at the Eresin Crown Hotel in early April. The Eresin Crown is a historic hotel in Sultanhamet close to just about everything. We were in town for vacations and sightseeing and visited Blue Mosque, Aya Sophia. Our room was large and very clean, nice bathroom. Sevice at the hotel was very good, staff very friendly and helpful. Next year when we travel to Istanbul we will spend more time at this hotel. If you are looking for a nice hotel dowtown try Eresin Crown Hotel.

I stayed 3 nights at the end of March. I booked online at the turkey TPS website, and I stayed in a deluxe room. It was a business trip, so for me I needed good and efficient service. What I got was excellence in every detail. I cannot fault any aspect. From the breakfast, to the bar, to the excellent restaurant. Compliments to management and staff. I’ll be back ))

The Eresin Crown Hotel in Sultanamhemt is a nice hotel with a convenient location to the center of old city. The problem is it’s noisy. Even on a high floor, traffic sounds and revving motorcycles kept us up most of the night. Otehr than that it was good, with a very delicious breakfast.

Hi folks! I want to say that while it is an expensive hotel, this is one of the nicest hotels I have ever stayed in. Stayed in exclusive room, had jacuzzi, phone in bathroom, bottled water in room, cofee machine, extra towels.. A great place to relax. They even had DVD rental!! Well worth a visit, besides the location is just perfect for sightseeing of the city.

I stayed at the Eresin Crown Hotel with a large group on a touristic trip. It was perfect. The staff were great and helpful. It was in a good location to reach the centre of old city (approx 10 minute walk), free transfer from the airport and the room had a great view. The beds were pretty comfortable and the breakfast was excellent, overall it was a good place to stay. I totally recommend =)

We spent some days there and would like to point out that it is a quite good hotel comparing to some same class hotels in other big cities we were in. We can say that the Eresin Crown hotel is : well situated hotel, 10min from main attracions; he staff was very friendly and helpfull; room was small,a little noisy sometimes depending on the neighbours, but comfortable and pretty light; breakfast was ok. So, I think that person that wrote bad reviews about this hotel had certainly bad luck because we thought it was ok with a good price comparing to hotels in London for exemple. We would definitly recommand it.

We entered our room in this hotel that was supposed to be a 5 star hotel ........Not the case...we contacted our travel guide and were moved in a different room. What a relief.....it was first class all the way, and this room was much bigger and had a better view that the previous thought the price was the same. The decor was most impressive. We had a good stay for the rest of the time.

I had a room on the second floor. AC was the worst of all. It didn’t work as it should and it was extremely noisy. We also had a broken light in our room. Front desk agents don’t have customer service skills.

A great place to stay. Excellent customer service, cleaning staff, and wait staff. Located in a nice area of Sultanahmet. Their great restaurant is open every day for breakfast lunch and dinner. On demand movies will make your stay here a pleasurable one. I recommend the Deluxe room, but I can not say anything about the cheaper rooms.

WHAT I REMMEMBERRED IS AN UNBELIEVABLE WIEW FROM THE BREAKFAST HALL ON THE UPPER FLOOR, IT WAS REALLY NICE. STAFF WAS NOT SO HELPFUL, MAY BE BECAUSE THE HOTEL WAS CROWDED. WE ASKED TO ARRANGE US ANG ENGLISH SPEAKING GUIDE AND MAKE A CITY-TOUR, BUT IT WAS NOT ARRANGED, THANKS GOD WE CALLED TPS MANAGER, WHO IMMEDIATELY ARRANGED US A CITY TOUR WITH PROFFESSIONAL GUIDE. 7 TO HOTEL AND 10 TO TURKEY TPS
