This is a very good hotel. The staff is attentive and polite. There is a wide variety of dishes for the breakfast. At the upper floors the rooms are with better furniture and their cost is respectively higher. Everything was good in our suit however the bathroom could be larger and lighter. The location is the most optimal in Istanbul. There are many hotels of the same category in the nearness. The territory is comprised of several hotels and as the city traffic is not permitted in this area, it is very quiet and calm there. Herewith only 5 minutes walk to get Istiklal street and underground!

How to book a hotel?

Add the hotel to your “Shopping Cart” by pressing the “Add to cart” button right next to the room you choose. In case you want to book more than one room/hotel, add them one by one to your “Shopping Cart”.

Your “Shopping cart” appears in the upper right corner. All items in the “Shopping Cart” are automatically selected and are ready for booking. If you don’t want to book all of them at once, deselect the items that you want to book later. Then, press the “Continue with booking” button to proceed with your booking.

Fill in all the required fields appearing after pressing the “Continue with booking” button in the booking form. As soon as all the required information is provided, and your reservation is confirmed, a confirmation will be sent to your e-mail, which you can print and use upon your arrival at the hotel.
How to request room availability in a hotel?

Add the hotel to your “Request Cart” by pressing the “Request” button right next to the room you choose. In case you want to request availability of more than one room/hotel, add them one by one to your “Request Cart”.

Your “Request cart” appears in the upper right corner just after an item is added to it. All items in the “Request Cart” are automatically selected and are ready for being requested. If you don’t want to request all of them at once, deselect the items that you want to enquire about later. Then, press the “Request now” button to proceed with your requesting.

Request processing can take 3-4 hours up to 24 hours starting from the requesting moment. This depends on your time zone and on the hotel policy. Requests are not processed in weekends. If you make your request on Saturday, Sunday, or Friday evening, it us quite possible that the reply will be sent to you by the following Monday.

Inquiry reply will be sent to your e-mail address automatically. You can also check your Request’s status in the “Pending requests” section on your page.

If rooms you've requested are AVAILABLE, they will be automatically added to your "Shopping Cart". Then, you will need to complete your reservation in order to get final confirmation of your booking.

The Request is not considered as the final reservation and does not guarantee availability of rooms unless reservation is completed. You must complete your reservation within 24 hours after inquiry reply is sent to you.
