My fiance and I enjoyed our stay at Eresin Taxim Premier Hotel. The room we got was pretty big and nice looking. Breakfast was great and the location could have not been better, Taksim is so much fun. Breakfast had plenty of choices for any taste. Staff was OK, but I didn’t like that when we were checking out the lady went up to our room to make sure we didn’t take anything. I thought it was very rude.

This place was good enough for a short stay. Clean and quiet, only not so new. The walls looked like they were repainted. Customer service was OK, but could have been better.

My husband and I stayed at Eresin Taxim Premier Hotel in September 2009 for a week. We thought it was very nice, the staff was very friendly, our room was clean and quiet. I’m sure the other rooms were just as nice. Drawbacks: the breakfast every morning was not great, and didn’t have much food. Thanks TurkeyTPS for making our stay very enjoyable. The price was very reasonable too.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel, we had a huge suite with jakuzzi. If you are looking for some relaxation, there is no betetr place than Eresin Taxim Premier Hotel. It was really a great vacation in Istanbul and I’m glad I chose this hotel. They have the most delicious breakfats ever and the staff is most cordial and friendly. I ould like to thank turkeyTPS for our wonderful vacations.

Staff was very friendly but the room was small and didn’t have a closet, we had to keep our stuff in the suitcase. It would be nice to have a closet or drawers. Howeevr breakfast was great so was the location.

In general i have good memories from staying here at eresin premier however the room was quite dark and unfortunately i didn’t really have a stunniung view from the room as i thought i would. other than that good hotel, especially customer service was great.

We stayed here wit hour kids and we enjoyed it a lot, very clean hotel and it has everything a four star hotel may have to offer. also i highly resommend staying here if you are going to istanbul for sighseeing as it is very close to main attractions. great breakfast and great customer service.

I’d say the biggest advantage of the hotel is its position right in Taksim, now onto the bad things...you guys housl fix the hower in Room 203 caus ewater keeps dripping right on the floor AND the room door was not sounproof at all. I could hear everything what was going on in the hall!!

Loved the hotel, modern clean rooms, escellent position, however the sound proof in the room was a bit poor. I could hear the person next room watching his tv. Had executive deluxe room, it was non-smoking but one day we came and it smelled like smoke, I guess from houskeeping??!

Hotel is spotless, great staff, very helpfull and enthusiastic!. Our kid loved the DVD player, we enjoyed a great bar. Exceptional location and very good breakfast buffet for us as well as for kids. I will definetly recommend this hotel to others who want to stay in Taksim!!

Stayed 2 weeks before New Year\s . Fabulous staff, so friendly and helpful. On arrival we were advised that we had been upgraded! However initially we were disappointed that the room was a bit small, but everything was there, it is really fancy , but unfortunately we did not spend much time in the room cause had too much shoppibng to do LOL! . When we were in the room we were fascinated to watch the view. Don’t get a taxi from the Airport, just hop on a free shuttle. Immaculately presented, everything matched, perhaps the only drawback to the bedroom was the easy chair had to be moved to sit at the desk, so a little cramped. The shower-room was spotless, walk in shower/wet room ideal for disabled. Reception staff helpful advising on where to go and when. Bar staff great, always smiling and advising on the best Vodka! A good mixture of guests from UK, America, Norway and far East. Would definitely recommend friends to book at the hotel. CONGRATULATIONS ON A GREAT HOTEL.

Housekeeping was could have done a better job, it was just dissappointing - bathroom floor was still wet after cleaning and shampoo’s and soaps were missing on many days. Room floor not cleaned or sweeped at all during my stay and cups not replaced. Is it the Turkish standarts??

An excellent Hotel! Very good and efficient service. In rooms you can find LCD TV with many channels and DVD player (remember to take your own music or movie). Bathrooms have bathtub and separate shower. Very good Restaurant with turkish and international cuisine, Bar open till late hours. Please keep it that way and I will be here very often! :)) Thank you!!!

People at the front desk weren’t very nice, I asked to give me more info on the location, and the guy kept talking to his coleague at the same time!! This is just unpolite. Breakfast here is not very rich, food of average quality really, I expected they would have more choices as it is a 4 star hotel.

I booked on lastminute on turkeytps.com and got a single room for 140$. The room seemed small but full functional. The room is taken up with a large bed which occupies about 50% of the bedroom floor space. This might sound cramped, but it’s really fine. There is a plazma tv in the room . The bathroom/shower is in a seperate room, and is also pretty small as it seemed to me, but clean and functional. There’s free hot drinks in reception. This hotel is very luxuruous, very clean and functional. In my opinion, this place is great as it is Taksim 5mins from shopping center - you probably won’t find better hotel.

Just recently returned from Eresin Taxim Premier, have some complants about it. The hotel is nothing special, basic hallways, everything pretty simple, so if you are looking for a luxurios stay it’s not the place. I got a very small room, but I complained and called the guide from turkeytps and he came over and after checking out some other rooms I finally was moved into a bigger room and was satisfied.

I booked this hotel through turkeytps.com. We paid 150 $ for a room for 2 people (including breakfast). Looks like the hotel has been renovated recently and looks lovely. The staff are very pleasant and helpful. The room was of good space, considering there were two beds. The bathroom was great, spacious, new and very clean. Beds are comfortable. I would only say the window could be bigger and the curtains a bit darker, as the room was too hot to sleep (we manage to sleep with the window open). The location is excellent and seemed safe to walk during the night. There are many places nearby to dine if you like to eat out. We would definetely return there.

Given the high price I payed, this hotel was a let-down. Rooms were small and very dark. No closets, no drawers!! I have asthma and I can’t stand the cigartte smoke, but the room did smell like tobacco though we were told we were give a nonsmoking. We tried t okeep thew window open but it was still the same. I complained but were told it was nonsmoking. I literally couldn’t breathe! The manager appologized for it though but still..

I felt I had to write a review as i was a little anxious on my way down to Istanbul after reading some of the other reviews. 5 of us were staying in 2 rooms. Firstly when we arrived we were greeted at the reception by friendly, helpfull staff. We were given our keys and off we went to our rooms. The guys room had a bathroom, tv and two beds. Me and my fiance went into our room next door. Rooms were fairly small but plenty big enough. DVD and plazma TV and comfy beds. Fire doors in corridoors were silenced so didn’t bang everytime people opened them and didn’t hear any noise from other rooms. I am guessing it is a recent refurb, very clean with nice fresh decor. Overall, a fabulous trip to Istanbul in a fabulous hotel :o)

Hotel breakfast was very nice with lots of goodies - fresh juices for example. The room was very nice and clean and relatively large. People very helpful. There is free internet . The only negative would be : A bit noisy after dark. The restaurant was great but noise from people talking was too much - lucky I have my ear plugs with me :-))
