the room wasnt clean when we got there. we cried at the receptionist but it was 8 o clock in the morning. and the hotels personnel cleaned it immediately, so we didnt wait till check in time which was 13:00
so, we received really nice service in spite of first impression

If you intend to explore Istambal by yourself, this hotel is the ideal solution in the interrelation of the price and quality. The hotel is situated in laleli. tram station is namely at this hotel and you may reach Sultanhamet and admire the Blu Mosque. The hotel is a city one i.e. there is no area and no swimming pool. The rooms are standard, small, clean with carpet equipped with TV, air conditioner, and hair-drier. No balconies. The rooms are cleaned only once per week. there is the restaurant (at DIANA hotel) is in the nearby where you can have snack. also you may quickly reach the famous bazaar Charchi. The food is rather good, the breakfasts are the turkish ones with salads, corn flakes, coffee, honey, jam, toasts, and watermelons. if you are not embarrassed with a large number of shouting turkish sellers and if the most important for you is to explore the most beautiful city in the world, Grand Washington otel is the best variant for your holidays. It is recomended for energetic and unpretentious people. .

It is very good hotel, the interrelation of the price and quality, I have just come back from there. The hotel is situated in the trade area of LALELI. Five minutes by tram to Sultanhamet where the famous Blue Mosqu is situated. So you should not spend much money for the expensive hotels of Sultanhamet :)))))
