Green PArk Hotel Merter was very impressive. Decoration of the lobby and rooms was nice to see! The pool was busy on the weekend but quiet durign the week.
All of the staff we encountered were polite, respectful and very knowledgable about the city. Even the waiter who served us one evening when we were at their restiurant was a gem! When I forgot my glasses, he went back to look for me. Our room was great, clean and comfortable. A nice view and all in all a great experience and a great deal.

The hotel is not much to look at from the outside, but the rooms are gorgeous!! Extremely clean and comfortable. The staff was nice and knowledgeble. The free breakfast was filling and the hotel was worth the money that we paid. All in all a good experiece, will defenitely stay here again!

My husband and I have recently returned back home to Greece after a fantastic week at Green PArk Hotel Merter, Istanbul. I just want to say we were very very pleased with every part of our stay. The staff were very friendly and helpful, the facilities were ideal, everything was clean, the food was lovely . This was our first visit and we would definatly return. As for Istanbul itself, the only thing that I can say is AMAZING.

The lobby in Green Park Hotel in Merter looks fancy but our room was a little outdated and the price was too high. Our room had a nice view of the city and was really clean. The room was actually pretty big in size with a lovely bed, table & chairs and king size bed. For dinner we dinned at their retsaurant and it was really nice. Overall a great place for a business travel and wonderful customer service. We will stay there again. Suzanne, UK

I think his is one of the most wonderful hotels in Merter and Istanbul, it is also fantastic for conferences and business travel. The location is ideal and you have restaurants and stores near the hotel which you may choose to visit. The view was excellent, the service and the rooms are worth it. The service at this hotel is wonderful! Try their turkish bath. Their front desk staff is a dream and the rooms are in great condition. Five stars are well deserved.

The staff fro mthis hotel cannot speak English at all except for a couple of words, I was very surprised as this is a 5 star hotel. Besides, we had a tiny room and it was not always cleaned well. Furniture looks shabby and the AC in our room was out of order for a day. However, I loved the location, it was very quiet, i would like to stay in the same area again but i won’t spend as much for a hotel accomodation anymore.

Green Park Hotel was such a cool place to stay. Great location in Merter - textile center of Istanbul and in a good neighborhood and it was very quiet. Staff was incredibly friendly and housekeeping was super as well. Bed was comfy with several soft pillows. We enjoyed our stay.

Terrific 5 star hotel, one of the best I’ve stayed at!! Our room was so large, and we had a king size bed, big TV, a desk in room. There was a good supply of toiletries in the bathroom and eveyrthign was working properly, our room was equiped with a split air conditionign system. staff at Green Park Hotel is extremely polite, great experience.

The rooms are fine. Stores for shopping are in walking distance to hotel, or you can take a tram. The staff was unresponsive to my complaints that shower was broken. It was not fixed during our entire stay.

I need to stay at the hotel wich is near to CNR Expo center, and TPS manager advised me this hotel. Firstly, I though that its money isn’t worth it. But when I came there I totally changed my opinion. Professional receptionist spoke English to me fluently, and gave me very large and quiet room. On nights, in the lobby, I was served some cups of tea and everybory in the hotel helped me not to feel myself lonely. thanks much!!!

This hotel should not be rated as 5 stars. Our room was very small and the carpets weren’t vacuumed properly, there was dust on the desk. Besides that, there was no internet connection while we were there and we couldn’t use the itnernet in room. I also had a tough time understand the manager sicne he can hardly speak English, and i think this is not sppropriate for a manager’s position.

We came for Inepo organization to green park merter, and stayed on the 5th floor. lobby i big, elevator takes up to 11 people, in general the hotel is very clean. I preferred to spend time in fitness center, where one of famous turkish sportsmen assisted me, i spent brilliant time in this hotel, recommend everybody
