Hotel's disposition is very good, the view form terrace is nice. Personnel is very amiable, everyday cleaning, safe-box is free. Breakfast is monastic and everyday the same. On the whole - recommend, but take from home some sausage with you

The hotel is wonderful. City view from roof restaurant is very chick. Ideally situated. From some rooms you may observe the walls of Hagia Sofia. 3 minutes walk an you are in the center of Constaninople. Laleli region is 12 minut by foot. Rooms are small but modest, clean and cozzy. Personnel is friendly and pleased. I mean, all hotel is cosy. Everybody has to visit Istanbul - it is very astonishing city, and it is impossible not to fall in love with istanbul!!!

The hotel corresponds to its 3* category!!building is composed of 5 floors, the marvelous views over Bospor and St. Sofia during the breakfast. The food is plain (tea, coffee, tomatoes, cucumbers, two kinds of cheese, different jams, cakes, olives). You may have dinner or supper in a wide variety of small restaurants, cafes. The main advantage of the hotel is its location. It is in the heart of the historical center of Istanbul, near the Sultanhamet Moscue and Santt Sofia. There is the tram station fifty meters from Hali hotel. You can reach any part of the city with the modern tram. You should make the excursions! It is very interesting and beautiful city!.:-)

- All Bookings as well as Cancellation of Bookings made via TurkeyTPS.com on-line reservation system are based on the following timing of Check-in and Check-out:
Check-in : 13:00 (Local time, GMT+2, Turkey, Istanbul)
Check-out: 12:00 (Local time, GMT+2, Turkey, Istanbul)
Pricing policy:
- The room rates, present on TurkeyTPS.com website, include Breakfast. Service charge and VAT are also included. No extra fees or charges are applicable.
- The rates DO NOT include any applicable hotel fees, charges for additional hotel services (such as minibar snacks and beverages, telephone calls, Pay TV, parking and so forth). Only, in case you use these additional hotel services, these incidental fees and charges will be assessed directly to you by the hotel upon check-out.
Booking policy:
- Guests must be at least 18 years of age at time of check-in unless accompanied by a parent or guardian.
- All reservations made via TurkeyTPS.com are PREPAID. In order to secure the payment process and keep your credit card data encrypted, your credit card will be processed by Garanti Bank secured credit card processing system when you complete your reservation.
Cancellation policy:
- Any changes to or cancellation of your reservation may result in fees from USD 4.99 to the full cost of your reservation.
- You can change your Booking, or request recalculating of your booking in case of late check-in or early check-out. Your requests must comply with our Cancellation Policy to be processed.
- Cancellations or changes occurring within 24 hours of 12:00 (GMT +2; Athens, Bucharest, Istanbul) on the day of check-in are subject to cancellation penalty. This includes a 1 night room charge plus applicable fees and taxes.
- Cancellations or changes made after check-in are subject to a 100% charge.
