The Kent Hotel was pretty nice, clean and located near main sights and shopping places. The only problem I had it was too noisy in my room on the first floor, I had a trouble sleeping. However, I would still recommend this hotel to others. Pretty good deal.

Ok so this hotel was a little worse than I imagined! The room where we stayed looked like it has never been cleaned really well!! Dirty under bed! Food was not great, dry bread, coffee tastes like water..

Kent was great and above my expectations which is always a good thing. The hotel was extremely clean, no bed bugs or anything like that. Great breakfast, good people working here. Oh, and location.. It’s a heaven for those who like shopping!!! LOL

I had a good stay at the Kent hotel, however I think this hotel is better for a business traveller as it is kind of far from the sights. Though if you like hiking a lot, then you should be fine haha Breakfast was tasty and room was very clean, but not hot tub, no turkish bath or steam room in hotel. However, they have meeting rooms, which is like I said great for those who are on business. Overall, it was okay..

The hotel was okay but the hotel didn’t have a pool, so that was missing. Also, room was quite small. On a sweet note, I was pleasantly surprised with the staff as they were very friendly and clinliness of room. However next time I’ll make sure that the hotel has a pool before I book it.

Kent Hotel is a fine hotel, well located in Laleli, close to best shopping area in Istanbul, hotel has competent and friendly staff. The room was well designed with enough space for me and my friend. The decor of the hotel is attractive and lobb yis beautiful. I also liked free breakfast options, there was enough food for an elephant! =) Nice hotel, I recommend it!

The location of Kent was excellent and convinient to everything. The rate was good for us and we didn’t have any extra charges which was very nice. I don’t have anything in particular to complain about, everything worked well in our room. If you guys keep the rates as low as they are now, next time I’ll book thru turkeytps again =)

Clean hotel but room was way too basic, I expected rooms would be more charming in a 4 star hotel. We stayed in a double-bedded room, had a desk, a TV, which looked old and had a small screen. Bathroom looked a bit more mordern though. Both room and bathroom were clean and satff was friendly. I don’t mind staying here again but for less money.

We came in Istambul in March 2008 not only to travel, but to go shopping also. Laleli district is full of mostly textile shops. I didn’t plan to buy for me so much clothes, but I found so many beautiful goods, women will understand me :) The prices are very cheap. The hotels personnel helped us in changing the goods that we didn’t like. The location of hotel we liked, but the rooms were a little old. May be they are restored now, I don’t know exactly.

Rooms in Kent Hotel were clean but looking quite shabby (so did the furniture). A/C in my room was very noisy, it was really bugging me. Good thing the breakfast was fine. In brief, I wouldn’t stay here again.
