We stayed in the same room last eyar and we were delighted to have returned. Luxurious hotel, with really good beds, is the best way to describe this fine hotel. Taxim area is great. Hope to return next year/

Great Taksim, but the Kervansaray hotel is just average. The employees at this hotel try to act like they care but they don’t. Room was basic, furniture was old, they really need to buy new. Dirty windows. No view.

We stayed here because the hote lwa sin Taxim, where we attended a seminar. The room was spacious and clean. The hotel staff was friendly and helpful in calling us a cab to get to the seminar. The bed was comfortable and the room had all the necessary ammenities. The location was fine for us, and the surrounding area did had to offer much in the way of shopping or reataurants. We were pleased to have free parking. Overall, a pleasant stay at a great price!

I booked it and I was worried after reading the negative reviews. I must say, the service, food and room were excellent. The room was very clean, the sheets were almost brand new. The bed was very comfortable. It was very quite even on the weekend . The breakfast was very various. I was very happy with my stay nothing like the reviews previously read.

Spent one night at the Kervansaray hotel Idtsnbul. I found the staff friendly and the room clean. Breakfast choices included cereals, juices, coffee, milk and much more . In my room the water in the shower dripped but the noise was not an issue with the bathroom door closed and I had no trouble sleeping. I would stay here again.

We had a quiet stay in a very large room on the top floor of this hotel with a great view . The room was really clean and comfortable and the staff friendly and helpful. The breakfast was good too. There was an internet computer available for guest use. We would stay at this hotel again.

I booked it cause I liked the rate on turkeytPS.com, but I still think it was too expensive. All in all the hotel is not bad but we(and some more people as I heard) had a problem with water, it was of a reddish color and I was not comfortable using it for brushing my teeth, so we had to buy bottled water and use it. However it happened a coupel of times during the daytime only, though it was annoying.

I took my mother for vacation to Istanbul. We chose to stay here. Neither I nor my mother liked the property very much. We had a dark and small room. Breakfast was disappointing, I expected tons of items to choose from but there were just a few. I also find it a bit too expensive for just a few nights.

My stay was OK, but hotel needs to be renovated cause furniture seems to be not so new and faucet s were loose in the bathroom. Howeevr the hote lstaff was very polite and helpful. It was a nice thing to have a safe in room, even my laptop fit in there!

We stayed here for four nights. We really liked the location, good breakfast (FREE), free transfer, but the room was small and the hotel was very basic. We had neighbors that made noise all the time. The rate should be lower.

Good hotel, located right in the herart of the city, very close to enertainment cenetrs and shopping, close to taksim Square. The room was nice and clean, had eevrything I need plus high-speed free internet. However I do thibnk the price was too high.

I am sorry butthis is not the service of a four star hotel guys. Staff at frobnt desk were rude and I don’t think some of them even cared. The TV was fuzzy, breakfast was bad and the room has to be renovated. T hisi s not a four star hotel.
