I have stayed at this hotel for the first time and I can say it was not bad. It was in a great location, close to restaurants, clubs, tram. The room was not very spacious but it was clean. Friendly staff. The only negative thing was the high rate.

The location in Taksim was great and the hotel was close to some great restaurants in the area. As for the room, it was too small to accommodate 3 people (2 adults and 1 child), we got a nice view though. Some guests in the next room patied till 2am in the morning. We were very mad that the management didn’t do anything about it. The room was not kept in good condition, the paiting in the bathroom was coming off.

All in all it is a good hotel, with good amentities however I do think that the rate was too much!!. Breakfast had many choices and the staff were polite and nice, the only problem were some other guest who were way too noisy, but it was only for a night.

We stayed in Midtown in June. The rooms were large, comfy and had everything you can think of. They even checked us in early and let us check out late. The staff were friendly, and very helpful with directions, etc... This hotel is located in a great spot if you want the restaurant and eneteraining centers. We could get everywhere on foot. A great place to eat is the hotels restaurant!

Totally new room. New TV, coffee maker, shampoo, VERY clean, quiet, comfortable, beautiful grounds, breakfast, everything in the room worked, efficient, friendly front desk staff. Would stay here again in a heartbeat! The front desk staff gave me the key and let me check out the room prior to checking in it..It was like a slice of heaven when I first opened the door. GREAT job, Midtown Hotel!

The hotel is small but fairly new and posesses a very good central location next to Taksim Square, and close to many attraction points. The service was good and rooms were clean however it would be nice if the room was a little bit larger and unfortunately we didn’t see the Bosporus from the room windows but still it was a good stay!

I am not sure we will stay here again. Midtown hotel was convinient to the downtown of Istanbul but the hotel and room itself was basic. I’d expected it to be a little better. A/C was out of order, window didn’t open, and when I brought it to the receptionist attention I was told I was mistaken and that it did work??!! No comment here.

Booked this on turkeytps.com, and got a double room for cheap. The stay itself was great. Wi-fi access in your room (free) and the front desk guy was very helpful with directions and general information. If you’re at the last minute and need a nice place to stay for cheap, call turkeyTPS. The shuttle from airport is for free. Last thing about the rooms, good amenities and a cool jakuzzi, and more importantly the hote is recently built!!

Midtown hotel was OK in general, location was a great convinience but we had a few problems in the room. Remote control for tv didn’t work. I had to ask for more toiletries as there was only one small piece of soap for two people. The staff was not helpful with directions and barely spoke English.
