Overall it was a good experience. Nice, clean hotel, however I don’t think it should be priced that much! At least the breakfast and transfer are included!!

My bf and I stayed here for 3 nights. I liked this hotel when I saw it, but there also were a few things that I disliked when we moved in. Room is pretty simple. It definitily looks so much better on the photograph. Food was not so great, they served mostly Turkish stuff.

When we arrived in the hotel we had a problem with our reservation, the person at the reception said we had to pay for the room but thankfully the guide from Turkey TPS was with us and resolved this situation and we didn’t have to pay anything else. It was a mistake of the clerck at reception. Never had a problem after cheking-in! Good hotel, although front desk agents need to be trained better!!

Mosaic hotel was very elegant and I was really impressed by rooms design and its size, we had a superior room and it was SUPERB! Very clean as well! The hote lis very nice, but be aware of the rooms thast are above the restaurant that is located on the ground floor, we stayed in one of those rooms and I couldn’t sleep because of the music they played in that restaurant. Luckyly we only stayed for one night in that room and were able to switch rooms. Other than that it is a great hotel, very fancy.

am glad I stayed here cause I got an excellent hotel and an excellent location with many shops and good places to eat. Also it was very close to Grand Bazaar and many other sites could be reached on foot as well. They have excellent facilities like spa and gym. I am coming back for sure.

I have enjoyed my stay indeed! Mosaic Hotel has met my expectation. I spend in their bar all evenings enjoying live music and good drinks. My room was fancy, this hotel should be 5 stars from my point of view. Breakfats was amazing, they even had hot food for breakfast. I definitely recommend this hotel to everyone!

Overall we had a nice stay, staff at the reception was kind but didn’t speak English too much!!!!!! Hotel is pretty, I reall liked the room itself and the design and how clean it was. It was also very spacious. This hotel has eevrything only staff needs to take some English classes ;)

Hotel was okay except for the breakfast part. First of all, the brekafst area should have been vacuumed better and the food was not served nicely, it was messy, some food was missing, looked like nobody took care of it. At least my room was cleaned well and I really like dthe location of the Mosaic Hotel.

I really liked the hotels location. We did lots or sightseeing on foot i nthe city. We had a nice view at the city, but it was close to the mosque and it was too loud. I agree with another guest saying it was noisy in hotel, because their walls are too thin. Other than that we didn’t have any more problems. Breakfast was delicious and staff was friendly.

I stayed here. It is a vary nice hotel, with very friendly staff. They excellent spa facilities. The area where hotel is located is the best for shopping! Only thing I didn’t like about Mosaic, it was too noisy in hotel and the room was not soundproof.
