Staff were couteous and efficient at all times. Superb location, very close to Istiklel Street and if you need to get anywhere in Istanbul, just take metro as the metro is also very close to hotel. Rooms were very clean. I was impressed by the retsaurant, indoor pool and all the hotels amentities. I highly recommend Point to eevyone.

Our family of four stayed 4 nights at this gorgeous hotel and even though we had read previous reviews we were still amazed by the size and quality of the rooms and service. Everything we could have asked for and a location that was so convenient. This hotel could be rated as 5 star cause it’s very luxuriou, we would recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a great base for visiting the sights of Istanbul.

Hotels staff is incredibly courteous and polite. The rooms are a good size and clean. The breakfast was pretty good. Being a luxurious hotel, it is a nice place to stay!! The only problem was with the walls in the room, I could hear the neighbors talking as if they were in our room..

We went to Point Hotel for a business trip. Great service, great view from the room AND from the retsaurant. The room was perfection. The hotel was well decorated, we loved the design in the lobby. The staff was great, we felt like home! There are many great shops, restaurants nearby. I couldn’t have asked for more!!

Spent at Point Hotel five wonderful days!! Room was sort of small but very comfortable and had everything we needed. We stayed in a nice large suite and I just loved the style of the room! They serve breakfats in a restaurant with a stunning view at Bosporus.

Nice hotel, we had an enjoyable stay, thanks a lot for free transfer not so many booking web-sites offer a free transfer. Rooms were nice and clean. The only problem was the noise from the street as it is a very busy area.

The main downside was the breakfats. Coffee was awful, and they didn’t have any cereals. Breakfast served on dirty dishes. However the hotel has a central location and is very close to all the sites.

We have stayed here for 5 nites. In general it is a pretty hotel in a nice area. Morning breakfast was satisfactory ( not so many choices but OK as it’s included in the price). The only thing I wanna add concerns the strong smell of air spray in the room. It was too strong and it even caused difficulty breathing.
