Sultanahmet Palace is a boutique hotel with 45 rooms located next to the Blue Mosque at the centre of the old city. The hotel is very close to major sightseeing places of Istanbul, so convenient location is one of its advantages.Sultanahmet Palace Hotel is built in old ottoman and byzantium style, with the view to the Marmara Sea and The Bosphorus. The restaurant in Sultanahemt Saray is the main restaurant and has a seating capacity for 70 pers. There are 24 standard rooms in total. Some rooms are partly facing Marmara sea. All standard rooms have bathroom (some rooms have bathtub), direct dial telephone, satellite TV, minibar, hair dryer, air-conditioning etc.
Deluxe rooms are very large and have nice Marmara sea view from their windows. Beautifully decorated high quality rooms. They are equipped with minibar, hair-dryer, telephone, air-conditioning, satellite TV, smoke alarm etc.

It is a beautiful building and the facilities are nice. My room was on the 2nd floor, and the bed was very comfortable, room was clean. I had a dinner once in their restaurant and I thought it was overpriced. But staff is friendly. Overall, a good experience, if you have to stay in Istanbul.

I stayed at the Sultanahmet Palace Hotel and didn’t like it very much. My friend shave stayed here before and I figured why not. Service was great but the room was was not as great as the service. The bed was not comfy, room not very clean, breakfats at no charge but very basic.

This 4 star hotel is in good condition. The rooms are nicely decorated and designed for optimal mobility. The dining area where we had our breakfast every morning was also looking very nice. The staff was very helpful and the facilities met all the needs. I liked this hotel very much.

Overall, this is a good hotel, room sare small, but very clean. Drawback, it was noisy in hotel and i could hear people slamming doors in their rooms. The walls are very thin in this hotel. But that was the only inconvinience, the rest about Sultanhamet Palace Hotel was fine.

It was all good until we got a problem in our room, toilet started leaking water and we had to change the room. The next room we got didn’t have a problem with the toilet but the carpet was stained. They have to change it. Breakfats was great and the location was good too, overall, I won’t mind to be back on this property.

In my opinion this hotel was standard. Wasn’t overly impressed with room/service, yet wasn’t overly disappointed. Nothing stuck out of the ordinary, which is why I rated it only 8. If I stayed at a five star hotel it would be much more upscale. However, we did have a good time in this hotel and whilei n Istanbul! And we really liked the free pick-up service from the airport.

Well, my stay at Sultanahmet Palace Hotel was good, everything was good, but I do think the rate was too much cause there are so many hotels here with a cheaper rate that don’t look any worse than this hotel. The room looked nice and everything worked properly and breakfats was excellent. Also, thre hotel is really close to the sights so it was great for us as we were doing a lot of sightseeing!

I stayed here for 4 nights. The room was in bad shape. Toilet was not working properly, and housekeeper left the floor wet several times. Shower rod was shaky and could fall anytime on head. The only good thing I have to say is the location, it was perfect, couldn’t be better. Breakfast was good but not great.

The Sultanahmet Palace Hotel was very clean, beautiful old fashion lobby, excellent front desk staff. Internet worked fine. Breakfats was great. Just wish there was a pool. But overall very pleased! Thanks yall!!

From the moment we reached there at Sultanahmet Hotel staff was extremely welcoming, pleasant and helpful. Their recommendations for local restaurants were on the target. Hotel met all the expectations as a family traveler with kids, however, I feel it is more designed for business travelers. I would recommend this hotel to my friends and family.

I don’t think this hotel was superb at all! Sultanahmet area itself was very nice, but staff not always friendly and ready to help. Our room was not extremely clean. Breakfast in the morning didn’t include many items.
