e stayed here for a couple of nights. This is a hotel that offers good service and is in a good location for shopping and sites of Taksim. We found the room very clean, and the bed comfortable. The front desk staff were very friendly but the problem was that they could not speak good Englis and wwe had a hard time udnerstanding them.

This hotels staff was not honest. My daughter left a pair of small gold earrings in room and when we realized they were missing and asked at front desk they said that nobody turned them in! We had an argument with the manager about it, as we think it was somebody fro mhousekeepibg who might have doen it. But the manager said they asked the housekeeper and she said she didn’t do it, I still don’t believe what they say but the earrings were gone.

It was a very nice hotel in a very good location, inthe northern part of the Old Town, in famous Taksim Square, with all the fine restaurants Taksim have to offer. The room was spotless and not a thing out of place, the pool was nice but small.

We were happily surprised when we checked in this hotel. The lobby had a nice decor, and the front desk was helpful. The big room, while furniture was not brand-new, was perfectly fine and the hotel had a lot more amentities than a lot of other rooms we have stayed in. There was a safe, minibar, big mirror in the room. We enjoed our stay except the location was very noisy but istanbul is a very busy city thats true.

We stayed at Madison hotel in March. This 4 star hotel was suprisingly nice and in a very convenient location. The room was comfortable and clean, though somewhat small. The breakfast was good enough, and the hotel pool was clean.

Madison Hotel has a great central location near Taksim Square and lot’s of restaurants. But there are many other cheaper hotels (we went and asked for the rate)in the area that didn’t look any worse than Madison Hotel. However it seems like the hotel has been recently remodeled, rooms look nice. The room was clean and the design was pretty cool. It was nice to have a pool and the free breakfast was a great way to start the day.

Stayed at the Madison Hotel for business. The customer service was good and you have many things to do in the hotel, they have a pool, bar, fitness rom and massage room. The only problem we had, which did bother us, was the noise from the elevator as we stayed close to elevator. I wish they could have changed the room but unfortunately the hotel was sold out and it was not possible, however they did have vacancies two days before we left and offered us to change the room but we didn’t want to move our staff since we were leaving shortly.

My husband and I travelled to Istanbul for vacations. We have stayed in several hotels in that area before but Madison Hotel was the one we liked the best. It’s clean, comfortable, quiet, and has a very friendly staff. We feel the service we got for our money was great, besides we had a free transfer. They serve a great breakfast and you dined in their restaurant several times. Madison Hotel, in our opinion, has a great location. It was great for walking. All in all, we give this hotel thumbs up =))

Very nice spot. This four star hotel has got a great location. We only stayed for two nights but i would love to stay longer if I ever happend to be in Istanbul again. I liked the pool and it was a great thing that they had it, it was very relaxing to swim in the pool after a long tiresome day. Also, Madison Hotel has a very friendly stuff.

i got this hotel on turkeytps for 89.00 and it was an great rate. The location was perfect if you want to sighseeing because the hotel is in Taksim Square. Our room had a large bed and adequate space around the bed... The bathroom was fine too. The room is a bit dark but the bed is comfortable and the hotel is VERY quiet. The lobby is great and we also enjoyed the bar. We also went for free breakfast every morning and the breakfast was good. I would love to stay there again!

In general Madison Hotel is not bad. The room was spacious and clean. The fitness room was very basic though. There was a bar but it was too expenxive. The main gripe was the noise from the rooms next door as you could hear everything!!
