Отель весьма неплохой. Удобное месторасположение - один из основный плюсов. Я начинала остонавливаться, когда он еще был Озменом. Сейчас другой хозяин и другая концепция отеля, гораздо лучше. Проведен отличный ремонт, вся сантехника новая, кафель, новая мебель. Отличное питание. Просто шикарные завтраки, индивидуальный омлет, очень много фруктов. Были в июне, фрукты на завтрак были все - абрикосы, персики, черешня, арбуз, дыня, сливы... Да и само питание отличное и разнообразное. Единственный минус этого отеля - полное отсутсвие какой бы то нибыло звукоизоляции. Было постоянное ощущение, что люди ходят в твоем номере. Да еще в отеле неплохая баня и массаж - рекомендую.

It’s a nice hotel for a four star category, but the rooms are bought up very quickly, so it’s not easy to get there. The staff is polite, the food is excellent, I recommend to everybody. I’ve stayed there for 3 days and remained satisfied!!!

Our overall experience was good. Though it was very crowded on weekend and therefore very noisy. Walls in this hotel are sure made of paper! Other than that we didn’t experience any troubles. I can recommend this hotel to all the budget travellers.

This hotel is one of the most convenient to shopping in Laleli. Everything is right there. Breakfast was pretty poor but it was not too different from a 5 star hotel where we stayed before.. Another complaint we had was that the double beds were too small - bigger beds would be much better.

We had a very simple room, tv was very old-fashioned. But Venera’s hotel location was convenient. Everything we needed was in walking distance. However the hotel itself looked unattractive.

I was glad with the Venera Hotel, provided services and location. We only stayed for 2 nights and didn’t have any problems as the stay was very short. It wasn’t bad but you can find better hotels for the same price if you are lucky. However this hotel was okay for a two-night stay.

I thought the room was very basic. It was okay for me though. This hotel offers basic accomodation, I’d say it was solid 3 stars (but it was 4, the question is why). Breakfast eatable, coffee was too watery. What else? Staff didn’t go out of their way to make us feel happy but was polite enough.

Wow the view of the Mamara Sea was grand and the service of the staff wonderful and friendly. Tanner who was the front desk at hotel was exemplary professionally and helpful. He spoke good English and gave us good direction of the site seeing at Istanbul. The hotel room was clean and bed was changed daily. Excellent stay at the Ozmen Hotel. Will go back and do it again.

Shopping, shopping and shopping... The hotel is in the shopping center. Everywhere inside and outside the atmosphere is - shopping. I can say only positive words about the hotel. My aim isn’t traveling, I go shopping everywhere. I did it in Paris, Milano, Munich... but Istanbul... it is something different.
