How to book a hotel?
1. Add the hotel to your “Shopping Cart” by pressing the “Add to cart” button right next to the room you choose. In case you want to book more than one room/hotel, add them one by one to your “Shopping Cart”.
2. Your “Shopping cart” appears in the upper right corner. All items in the “Shopping Cart” are automatically selected and are ready for booking. If you don’t want to book all of them at once, deselect the items that you want to book later. Then, press the “Continue with booking” button to proceed with your booking.
3. Fill in all the required fields appearing after pressing the “Continue with booking” button in the booking form. As soon as all the required information is provided, payment is completed and your reservation is confirmed, a confirmation will be sent to your e-mail, which you can print and use upon your arrival at the hotel.
How to request room availability in a hotel?
1. Add the hotel to your “Pending requests” section by pressing the “Request” button right next to the room you choose. In case you want to request availability of more than one room/hotel, add them one by one to your “Pending requests” section.
2. Request processing can take 3-4 hours up to 24 hours starting from the requesting moment. This depends on your time zone and on the hotel policy. Requests are not processed in weekends. If you make your request on Saturday, Sunday, or Friday evening, it us quite possible that the reply will be sent to you by the following Monday.
3. Inquiry reply will be sent to your e-mail address automatically. You can also check your Request’s status in the “Pending requests” section on your page.
4. If rooms you've requested are AVAILABLE, they will be automatically added to your "Shopping Cart". Then, you will need to complete your reservation in order to get final confirmation of your booking.
5. The Request is not considered as the final reservation and does not guarantee availability of rooms unless reservation is completed. You must complete your reservation within 24 hours after inquiry reply is sent to you.
6. Availability of requested room/rooms is guaranteed within 24 hours after inquiry reply is sent to you.
7. All requests about room availability is absolutely free procedure, which will not require any additional payments.
