When the mixture got cold he powdered it with icing sugar and served to the sultan. Of course, the sultan was very glad and soon locum became really popular in all the noble homes of Turkey. Today the candy which has deserved the disposition of sultan someday, is still in great demand among gourmets from all over the world.
