The fact is that Istanbul 4 star Plus hotels are, in fact, five star hotels with a reduced price. This is due to the fact that the rules of hoteliers in Turkey are very strict.
It is very difficult to get five stars on the facade of the hotel. It takes years of hard work and investment. Often the hotel meets all the parameters of a five star hotel, but due to a literally little things - parking is less than 2-3 square feet or there are not 3, but 2 pools – it has no right to formally receive them.
