I and my husband lived in Lady Diana 4 days in May 2008. First impression was like the hotel belongs to 5 star category. Huge Lobby, clean and probably newly restored rooms, really nice view from the terrace, where we had our breakfast. All architect buildings of Old City are in 5-10 minutes from the hotel by foot. We suggest reserving a room on the upper floor to have a good sight, especially on nights.

I had single room in this hotel. I expected it to be smaller, but it was quite big. And what I want to mention is the price of the hotel, which 100% fits its quality. It is better to book 1 or 2 month in advance, because the hotel I very popular, so most probably you won’t be able to find a room if you make booking last minute. Recommend!!! :)

A very pleasant hotel! The staff is polite and attentive, the qualitative cleaning of the rooms. rooms are not large but rather comfortable. excellent location. very convenient variant for acquaintance with the main sightseeing of Istanbul. recommend it everybody

The hotel is new, modern and equipped with all possible sensors. There is also hair drier! A wonderful restaurant and a terrace with marvelous views. The breakfast differs every day on the terrace. Hammam is made very professionally. 5 minutes walk from the main places of interest and restaurants. I would like to visit it again!

Yesterday I came from Istanbul and I would like to share my own opinion. To my mind, the hotel is ideal in all aspects: location, cleanness, comfort, polite attitude of the servicing staff. The smorgasbord impressed my much with its diversity. The next time I will choose only Diana. I insistedly recommend it to the others. Besides, the price is rather acceptable. wish everybody nice and comfortable holidays!

The hotel is NICE. The staff speaks ENGLISH, attentive, without excessive helpfulness. You can easily find common language with them if you add for 1-2 Euro tips?))). The panorama from the restaurant terrace impresses a lot especially in a nice weather :) Actually it is very clean and nice. I would ADVICE it to you.

The hotel is very pleasant. The location is most comfortable place for those who came for the excursion tour, only one minute and you are at the Ippodrome (to the right from hotel). The rooms are small and neat. At the lower floors of the hotel like the majority of Istanbul hotels the windows face the neighbor building. The special attention shall be drawn to the terrace (the restaurant where you have the breakfast) – the fantastic view over Ippodrome, Hagia Sophya and Sultanahmed Mosque – it is the best view in Istanbul.
The breakfast is diverse: omelet, sausages of several kinds, eggs, birynza of several types, corn flakes, yoghurts, cakes, jam, butter, fruits, coffee, tea. So you will not get bored of it:) Also sauna and massage are available.

We spent 4 nights in Lady Diana Hotel. The hotel is rather decent, in the historical center. It is newly built, not a worn out one. Especially we should note the restaurant with a formidable viewing platform. The rooms are very nice but small ones. They offered us the third bed for of small daughter and at the end all our beds were joined together. But for two persons this kind of room is rather convenient. One of the disadvantages is the view over the neighbor building wall situated in thirty meters. But in general I liked all and the offered price is also very acceptable. For the breakfast the choice is quite diverse and a very friendly staff at the reception that every minute is ready to help us. So, for the city hotel it is a very decent and cheap variant.

We spent marvelous weekends in Istanbul. Lady Diana 4* Hotel - Super! The luxury large rooms, hammam and Finish sauna, the panorama restaurant (breakfasts, dinners), location in the historical center (five minutes walk from the Blue Mosque). I think that the price for this hotel is not very high due to the fact that it has been recently opened. So you should go there! Actually we have positive impression from Istambul (it is not worse than Paris, Amsterdam, etc. upon the number of the places of interest and local color), two days turned out to be too little, we want more!!!

You will not be able to find better place for the week-end in Istanbul than LadyDianaHotel, situated one minute walk from theSultan Ahmet Mosque (the Hippodrom Square) also it is near to the Cathedral of St. Sophiya, these are the most important advantages if the purpose of the trip is not a shopping tour.
At the last floor from the restaurant the marvelous view over these sightseeing and Marmara Sea. The hotel is new, the excellent interior, the only thing that disappointed us is that we were placed in a very small room with separate beds , we had to move them but it was made in 5 minutes. The breakfasts are so so like sausages of several kinds, eggs, peynir of several types, corn flakes, yoghurts, cakes, vegetables, watermelons. For 10 Euro unlimited time you can order a very nice Turkish bath and nobody would disturb you. The general impression is excellent I highly recommend, you shall not regret. This is the most decent hotel from all hotels situated in the center of Sultan Ahmet!

what i want saying is that i liked this hotel becous of nice breakfast. prevoiusly i didnt see so good breakfasts in hotels. all vitamins were present, i had eggs, oilives, bread buder, saussage, milk, juices, tea..and i could walk in the city till evening without eating. my room was on the first floor, but liked it. LD is good hotel

But I liked to spend evening on the terrace. There is so romantic view. Sultanahmad mosque and Agia sophya are so close, and so beautiful on nights. I think, it was one of best moments of my life, may be because there I proposed my wife to marry me. Unbelievable time...

thank you all, I was not there, but I wil go in one week. My sister lived in Lady Diana, she said that this hotel is very popular. The price is not so high, and it is difficult to find a room there, so I have booked my room 2 month ago. Advise those who want to stay here buy rooms in advance, 2 month befor. Hotel is very nice, personnel very good, don't worry as you will enter its doors, you won't have any problems

Ladi Diana is a new hotel, the accomodation is clean and smartl, but main plus is its disposition - it is in right centre of historic patr Sultanahmed. (less than 1 minute from Sultanahmed mosque). but breakfasts on the roof of the hoel in wonderful resturant with view on Blue mosque, Hagia Sophia and Maramara sea - will be in my memory forever. Everybody recommend this otel, you wont regret it. It is the most worthy among the hotels in Istanbul.

Today I just came from Istambul, LD is situated in very calm and beautiful part of th city, personnel met me very friedly and immediately carried my bags to my room (I came so late approximately at 23 30, and didn’t expected to see so much personnel in the hotel). My room was not so big, but I liked it. All amenities listed we present in the room. The bed linen was exchanged everyday, cleaning was done very nice. However, I agree with those who say that breakfasts are not at the level of 4 star hotel here. I only liked Turkish coffee prepared here. My advice to this hotel is to make the breakfast better, and they will have no bad reviews at all. In spite of all weak part, I plan to stay in LD each time I visit Istambul

I and my wife arranged a fly to Istanbul just for 4 days, just see the city and chose Lady Diana hotel. The hotel is new and cosy. The view from roff terrace, where the restaurant is, was fantastic – The Bosphorus, Blue Mosque (in front of us), Hagia – Sofya (in the left a little), and the city. On the nice, this view was much more brilliant. To request lunch is absolutely not necessary, take your beer or coffee and enjoy the panorama, so romantic… so unbelievable… In Istanbul there is no any problem with the places to eat, and it is cheaper to have meals outside the hotel. The personel of Lady Diana is very polite, friedly and not “sticky” like most turks? Turkish bath and sauna are present in the hotel – in addition, anyone can do fitness of course if he has energy after tiredsome day, there is special room for it. The region, where this hotel stays is very calm. Recommend, it won’t mess your impression about Istanbul. Impression about Istanbul are great, but I will tell them later… ?

otel is new, excellent conditions, it is clean, accurate, but the most important plus is an arrangement – it is situated in the center of historical part of Sultanahmet (1 minute on foot up to the Blue mosque) and breakfasts at a restaurant on the roof of a hotel with tremendous view on the Blue mosque. the Sofia cathedral and sea of Marmora will remain for a long time in your memory. I recommend this hotel to everybody, you will not regret, since it is the most worthy of all the hotels located in Sultanahmet and at the reasonable price

today I returned from Istanbul. Lady Diana hotel is located in the city centre in a very silent and beautiful place; employees of the hotel met me very affably and at once showed me to my room (though I arrived quite late - about 12 at night). The room was small, but very clean. Everything necessary was present. Every day they changed linen and cleaned very accurately. But the catering was not at a level of 4 stars hotels. The only thing, which I liked, was Turkish coffee. As advice to the hotel - the most important is to improve the catering, in any case if I return I will choose this hotel.

We flew there with my wife for 4 days simply to see the city. Thee hotel is new and cozy. The view from the terrace on a roof where the restaurant is located is magnificent - Bosporus, the Blue mosque (opposite), Haggia-Sofia (a little bit to the side), to the left - the City. In the evening it is amazing. It is unessential to order a supper, it is possible to sit and admire with a beer or coffee. It is not a problem to have something to eat in Istanbul and it is cheaper than in the hotel. the personnel were polite, friendly and unostentatious. there is a sauna, a Turkish bath - it is possible to dump day time weariness, there is an exercise room - if there is some power left. arrangement of the hotel is very successful, everything is close and it is silent. I recomend, the hotel precisely will not spoil the impression about Istanbul. And the city is worth visiting, but it is another topic :)))))
