Copyright complaints policy

TurkeyTPS respects the intellectual property of others, and we ask users of our Web site to do the same. TurkeyTPS may, in appropriate circumstances and at its sole discretion, terminate publication of certain materials on TurkeyTPS.com. If you believe that your copyright has been infringed in any material hosted by us, please send us a written notice that includes the following information:
- Identification of the copyrighted work that you claim has been infringed
- Identification of the material that you claim is infringing, with enough details so that we may locate it, such as a link to the infringing material
- Information sufficient to permit us to contact you such as your address, telephone number, and e-mail address
- A statement declaring that:
- you have a good faith belief that the material that is claimed as copyright infringement is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law, and
- the information in the notification is accurate, and
- under penalty of perjury, you are the owner of the copyright interest allegedly infringed or you are authorized to act on behalf of that owner
- The physical or electronic signature of the owner, or a person authorized to act on behalf of the owner, of the copyright interest allegedly infringed.
