- To find detailed information about any Hotel, first of all, you need to select one of star categories from "Hotels by stars" section or one district from "Hotels by district" section on Home page. The list of hotels, appropriate to selected category, will appear immediately. Press any hotel’s name or follow "more information" link at the end of hotel description information to switch to the page with Hotel‘s detailed information. Moreover, the hotel’s picture is also clickable.
- You may also find detailed information about any Hotel in another way. Firstly, enter your check-in/check-out dates and accommodation details in the Search form. Then press "Find" button. The list of available hotels will appear under the Search form. Press any hotel’s name or follow "more information" link at the end of hotel description information to switch to the page with detailed information about the hotel selected.
How to proceed with advanced/detailed search?
- If you want to search the specific hotel or the hotel with the specific details, you need to follow "+Advanced search" link in the Search form.
- In the Advanced search form you may input hotel name, its stars rating or specific amenities available in the hotel you need. Then press "Find" button.
- The list of available hotels will appear under the Search form.
What is included in Room rates, present on TurkeyTPS.com website? Are there any extra fees or charges applicable?
- The total price you are expected to pay for Booking a hotel is the overall sum of all booked Rooms’ rates.
- The Room rates, present on TurkeyTPS.com website, include Breakfast. Service charge and VAT are also included. No extra fees or charges are applicable.
- The Room rates DO NOT include any applicable hotel fees, charges for additional hotel services (such as minibar snacks and beverages, telephone calls, Pay TV, parking and so forth). Only, in case you use these additional hotel services, these incidental fees and charges will be assessed directly to you by the hotel upon check-out.
How to Register / Log in your account on TurkeyTPS.com?
- To Register / Log in your account on TurkeyTPS.com, firstly, follow the "Customer Login" link on homepage to switch to the page with "Log in form" and "Registration form".
- If you are a New customer and have not been registered on TurkeyTPS.com website previously, so, please, proceed with "Registration form", it is on the right side, and register your account. After you complete these steps, the registration confirmation letter is going to be sent to your e-mail address.
- However, if you have already proceeded with registration previously, simply enter your username and password into "Log in form" to log into your account.
What does "Request" term stand for?
- If in the search results, next to any room/rooms, appears "Request" button, it means that the availability of this room/these rooms has to be approved by the hotel administration.
- While pressing "Request" button you are buying nothing and no fees will be charged to your credit card.
- This service is specially created for the convenience of clients: if a client could not find the appropriate hotel to his taste, he can request the availability of rooms in other hotels he liked.
How to Request the availability of rooms in a Hotel?
- After you press the "Request" button, next to any room/rooms, an e-mail is immediately sent to the hotel administration. Then, in 24 hours you are going to receive an e-mail with the availability of the room/rooms notification.
- In case, the requested room/rooms are Approved, they are going to be automatically moved to your "Shopping cart". Unless you proceed with booking of approved items in 24 hours, this Approved request is going to change its status from Approved to Expired, and these approved items will be removed from your "Shopping cart". Then, if you want to request these items one more time, click on the Repeat Request link in "Pending Requests" section. If you don’t, simply Delete them from your "Pending Requests" list.
- In case, the requested room/rooms are Declined, the only option you will have is simply deleting them from your "Pending Requests" list, and contacting TurkeyTPS.com Customer Support Center for an alternative to be proposed.
Where can you see your Requests?
- All details (changes, statuses) about the Requests you have made, you may see in the "Pending requests" section of your account.
What does "Add to Cart" term stand for?
- If in the search results, next to any room/rooms, appears "Add to Cart" button, it means that this room/these rooms are available now, and may be added to your "Shopping cart".
- However, adding to "Shopping cart" is not considered as the final booking and does not guarantee availability of rooms unless booking is completed with payment.
- Such a system is specially created for clients to have an opportunity to book several hotels and touristic services (transfers, tours, car rental...), which are at the stage of development now and are going to appear on site soon.
How to make Booking?
- Add the hotel to your "Shopping Cart" by pressing the "Add to cart" button right next to the room/rooms you choose. In case you want to book more than one room/hotel, add them one by one to your "Shopping Cart".
- Your "Shopping cart" appears in the upper right corner. All items in the "Shopping Cart" are automatically selected and are ready for booking. If you don’t want to book several rooms/hotels at once, deselect the items that you want to book later. Then, press the "Continue with booking" button to proceed with your booking.
- Input please the Guest names, agree to the Terms and Conditions, and press "Continue".
- After that, review all information one more time, and press "Proceed with payment" button.
- As soon as all Credit card information is provided, Booking Confirmation letter will be sent to your e-mail address, which is needed to be printed and taken with you. The hotel may request you to present it while registering.
Where can I see my Bookings?
- All details about the Bookings you have made, you may see in the "Booking history" section of your account.
How can I Change/Cancel my Booking?
Change:
- Your Booking can be changed and recalculated if you inform us timely about your late check-in or early check-out meeting the following deadlines:
- You shall inform us about your late check-in 1 (one) day or more prior to your initial arrival date
- You shall inform us about your early check-out not later than 1 (one) week after your actual check-out date

Cancel:
- After you proceeded with payment, you have the possibility to "Cancel booking". You can cancel your booking by accessing "Booking History" section on our web site and pressing "Cancel booking" link next to the Booking you want to be cancelled.

If I Cancel my Booking, what Refund is going to be made?
The Cancellation policy of TurkeyTPS.com is as follows:
- Cancellations made 1 (one) day or more prior to your arrival date are subject to USD 4.99 processing fee.
- Cancellations made within 24 hours prior to your arrival date, if not otherwise specified in hotel policy or booking details, are subject to a 1 (one) room night cancellation fee for each room cancelled. However, reservations made for some hotels and some special dates are not refundable if cancelled within 24 hours prior to your arrival date. You will be informed about special cancellation terms during booking process before proceeding to payment, or you can find out about special cancellation terms in "Hotel policies" section of any hotel details.

What are Payment types?
All reservations made via TurkeyTPS.com are PREPAID.
- Payment by Credit card
- In order to secure the payment process and keep your credit card data encrypted, your Credit card will be processed by Garanti Bank secured credit card processing system when you complete your reservation.
- For higher security purposes we never save your credit card information. Your Credit card information is sent directly to Garanti Bank credit card processing system through a secure server.
- Your Credit card will be charged by Lider Turizm Hizmetleri ve Danismanlik Tic. Ltd. Co., which is the legal owner of TurkeyTPS.com web site. For further details view our Terms and Conditions.
- Payment by Money transfer
- In case, you don’t have a Credit card, you may proceed with Money transfer to the banking account of TurkeyTPS.com (TurkeyTPS.com account details need to be requested from our Customer Support Center)
- Before proceeding with Money transfer, you have to contact to TurkeyTPS Customer Support Center to request the availability of rooms/hotels you want to book.
- The transfer of Money should be made at least 1 day before check-in date.
- After proceeding with Money transfer, you need to contact to TurkeyTPS Customer Support Center again and send a scanned copy of banking invoice, to TurkeyTPS fax number: +90 212 244 74 84
How can I get to my Hotel?
- Get FREE AIRPORT TRANSFER while booking with TurkeyTPS.com!
- All customers, who book hotels via TurkeyTPS.com, have an exclusive opportunity to benefit from Free Airport – Hotel Transfer service. However, the service is available only in one direction, only upon arrival.
- To take advantage of it, firstly, proceed with hotel booking on turkeyTPS.com web-site. After the completion of hotel booking, you are going to receive an e-mail with booking confirmation.
- Then, enter your e-mail account and open confirmation message, received from turkeyTPS.com, then follow the link to continue with booking FREE AIRPORT TRANSFER!
- To book Free Airport Transfer in another way, simply log into your account on turkeyTPS.com, using link login and enter your "Bookings history" page. Then just click "Airport Transfer" link, corresponding to the booking you wish to have the transfer attached.
How can I order/change Free Airport Transfer?
Order:
- Free Airport Transfer can be ordered only after proceeding with Booking.
- To order Free Airport Transfer, firstly, you need to follow "Airport Transfer" link in your "Booking history" section.
- After you fill the form with flight details, press "Order transfer" button.
- If you need to order another transfer, press "Add another transfer" button.
- At the end, you need to confirm your order of Free Transfer by pressing "Confirm transfer" button. Only after this step, your transfer/transfers are considered as ordered.
- To change Free Airport Transfer Details you need to follow "Airport Transfer" link in your "Booking history" section.
- After that, you press "Edit" next to the Transfer you want to change.
- After you enter all changes in the form with flight details, press "Update transfer" button.
- At the end, you need to confirm your change of Free Transfer by pressing "Confirm transfer" button. Only after this step, your transfer/transfers are considered as changed.
