Our guide will stay in the airport arrival terminal for 1 hour and 10 minutes starting from your flight’s actual arrival time. In case if you stay too long at the passport check or your baggage is delayed, or you are late for some other reasons, you shall inform our Customer Support Center (call +905336920211) beforehand. Otherwise, our guide is not responsible to wait for you longer and your airport transfer is automatically considered as cancelled.
