We are not responsible for the changes in your flight details unless you inform us about the latter at least 24 hours before the flight. Our guide will stay in the airport arrival terminal for 1 hour and 10 minutes starting from your flight’s actual arrival time. In case if you stay too long at the passport check or your baggage is delayed, or you are late for some other reasons, you shall inform our Customer Support Center (call +905336920211) beforehand. Otherwise, our guide is not responsible to wait for you longer and your airport transfer is automatically considered as cancelled. All previous transfer reservations regarding this booking are considered invalid. Only last confirmed transfer reservation details are considered as valid and are used in operation.
