Six advices for those, who want to look better after having rest

How to improve frame in two weeks

We often come to a thought that we spend less time on ourselves! We devote enough time to work and relatives. We spend much time with friends and complete all obligations towards them. But what about the care of ourselves? Unfortunately, it is always not at the level we wish. It seems that vacation or trip abroad is the unique chance to change the course of events and, for example, care about our body and make our frame look better. How can we do it? It is very easy. Visit Istanbul hotels with fitness center or gym and do exercises on abdomen crunch and other machines for an hour every day. We recommend you six simple exercises, owing to which you are going to feel yourself much better. The positive changes in your frame will be observed by everyone around you.

Exercise 1. Stand straight and make the width between your legs be the same as the width between shoulders. Take in your hands the weight, which is 20 kilos. Your palms have to look up. Lift it till your chest and back. This exercise is intended on the development of the biceps muscles of arms. Men have to make this exercise 15 times (5 liftings in each turn), but women - 12 times (5 liftings in each turn).

Exercise 2. Sit down on a chair. Take a weight of 20 kilos in your hands and lift it up, above your head. Then, let it down till your shoulders, but behind your head. This exercise develops all shoulders’ muscles. Make this exercise 15 times (5 liftings in each turn).

Exercise 3. Stand straight and make the width between your legs be the same as the width between shoulders. Lift the weight above your head. Then start to let down till your chest. This exercise strengthens all muscles of your shoulders. Make this exercise 15 times (5 liftings in each turn).

Exercise 4. Lie down on your back on special bullpen. Make your legs be a support for your body by putting them on the floor. Take in your hands the weight, which is equal to 25 kilos. Lift your hands with the weight up and down till your chest. This exercise is aimed on the improvement of chest muscles. Men have to make this exercise 15 times (5 liftings in each turn).

Exercise 5. Stand straight and make the width between your legs be the same as the width between shoulders. Take in your hands the weight, which is 20 kilos. Put in on your shoulders, above your head. Make a couple of curtseys, but keep your back straight.

Exercise 6. Sit down on a chair. Take in your hands the weight, which is 20 kilos. Put in on your shoulders, above your head. Turn your body to the right and then to the left, keeping your pelvis stable. This exercise develops and strengthens your trapezius muscle and other back muscles. Make this exercise 20 times (3 turns in each).

As you see, these are the exercises that do not require any special efforts or abilities, because they are easy and simple and can be done by everyone. Just in two weeks of making these exercises, the improvements will be seen by the naked eye. But, the only prerequisite of making the exercises in a hotel is the presence of fitness center in it.
