Exercise 3. Stand square and make the width between your legs be the same as the width between shoulders. Lift the weight above your head. Then, start to let down till your chest. This exercise strengthens all muscles of your shoulders. Make this exercise 15 times (5 liftings in each turn).
Exercise 4. Lie down on your back on special bullpen. Make your legs be a support for your body by putting them on the floor. Take in your hands the weight, whis is equal to 25 kilos. Lift your hands with the weight up and down till your chest. This exercise is aimed on the improvement of chest muscles. The men have to make this exercise 15 times (5 liftings in each turn).
Exercise 5. Stand square and make the width between your legs be the same as the width between shoulders. Take in your hands the weight, which is 20 kilos. Put in on your shoulders, above your head. Make a couple of curtseys, but keep your back straight.
Exercise 6. Sit down on a chair. Take in your hands the weight, which is 20 kilos. Put in on your shoulders, above your head. Turn your body in the right and the in the left, keeping your pelvis stable. This exercise develops and strengthens your trapezius muscle and other back muscles. Make this exercise 20 times (3 turns in each).
As you see, these are the exercises do not require any special efforts or abilities, because they are easy and simple, and can be done by everyone. Just in two week of making the exercises, the improvements will be seen by unaided eye. But, the only prerequisite of making the exercises in the hotel is the presence of fitness center in it.
