You will need the following ingredients:
- 1/2 kg lamb meat
- 1,5 cup of rice
- Ѕ cup of oil
- 1 tablespoon of tomato paste
- 3 onions
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 2 tablespoons of risen
- 2 tablespoons of almonds
- Pepper, salt, sugar
- 1 tablespoon of chopped dill
- Meat broth
It’s easy to make a "pilav". Cut meat in cubes and fry it. Add garlic, onion, meat broth and, right before it’s cooked, add some rice. When rice is ready, add tomato paste and spices, add some more meat broth and keep it on middle fire. When "pilav" is ready, add risen, almonds and dill.
