The
outdoor pool in Istanbul hotels is not only a great chance to splash into the water on the hot summer day amidst the noisy city. If you find at least 15-20 minutes every day, then you will loose 5-10 kilos during your stay, making no special efforts for it! How? That’s easy, this is aqua-aerobics. And to be more exact - these are simple, not very complicated exercises in the water, everyone can do them regardless of his ability to swim. By the way, if you cannot swim, these
exercises might help you to get rid of the fear of water. And if the pool is open, the usefulness is double owing to the inflow of the oxygen to the lungs. So, are you ready? Let’s start!
First exercise
Take the starting position, so that your body is positioned vertically in the water, legs are pressed together and the arms are apart. Bend your body forward to the angle of 45 degrees, embrace your knees with the wrists, like you are trying to clap your hands. Wait for some 2-3 seconds, then return to the starting position.
Second exercise
Take the starting position - lie on the back, move your arms apart, bend your knees and turn your body to the left, wait for 1-2 seconds, return to the starting position. Repeat the exercise to another side. This exercise will strengthen the lumbar spine and will also assist to normalization of the stomach work. And this is very important for loosing weight!
Third exercise
While being in the vertical position (legs are together!) make the wide sweeping movements with the straight arms trying to clap your hands before the chest and behind the back. This exercise trains muscles and joints of the shoulder girdle. This will make the belly visually less and straighten the bearing.
Fourth exercise
Stand in the water, stretch your arms before you and start walking on the spot. Try to raise your knees as high as possible. Walk like this for 5 minutes. After it seize on the edge of the pool, pull yourself up and freeze in the position for 3 seconds, then back to the water. Repeat for 10 times.
Fifth exercise
Stand with your legs apart for the shoulder’s width, put your arms into the water to the elbow and make rotations to the left and to the right. Repeat for 30 times. Seize upon the stairs in the pool, put your feet on the stairs so that the knees touched your chin, slowly unbend the knees and straight your body. Repeat this exercise for 10 times.
As you can see there is nothing complicated. And the effect is seen in two weeks!
