Turkish bath: delight in Istanbul
The Turkish bath - or Hamam - is not just the place where you can wash and take a steam bath. This is the whole ideology of resting. People say that the word "delight" originates from there. The procedure starts with warming up the body by hands, and then the massage starts. After all, the bath-house attendants will drive the large soaped linen sphere. Then the bath-house attendant will wash you properly with the rough bast whisp. After that you need to wash in several pools with the different temperature of water...
