In Turkey, to have a breakfast and a dinner is enough. In hotels, especially in those of Istanbul, breakfasts are so nourishing that you will not get hungry till the very evening. Usually, breakfast is included in room price. You can have your dinner in a little restaurant, which are abundant everywhere in Istanbul. If you have your holiday in a sea-resort hotel, you should better have your dinner where you stay. In continental Turkey, it is totally up to you where to eat in evening.
