I want to mention the excellent work of your company. "TPS" actually makes it possible to choose a hotel in Istanbul: you don’t boost your hotels, but honestly give a chance to book a room in any hotel of the city. I’ve chosen a cheap hotel in Sultanhamet, so you’ve hardly earned from me a lot:) Nevertheless, I was treated like an important customer. This was very nice.

I would advise you to make a separate service for choosing a hotel for tourists for a nominal sum. For example, my trip was urgent, I no longer had hoped to be able to choose something decent, inexpensive and located in the historical center. Your staff helped me to choose a hotel, it was a two minute walk from the Blue Mosque and Hagia Sophia, so I’m very pleased.

I would not leave too enthusiastic response as you were not too proud:) but good work is worth to be praised. TPS work was good. I am talking as a client who received excellent service without spending a lot of money and nerves on it. Last year I had a sad experience of booking a hotel in Istanbul. Unfortunately, my room was not in such condition as the company’s representatives promised. Therefore, I reacted with skepticism for the possibility to rent a room on the internet this time. But your system works like a clock. Perhaps I will be your regular customer.

Thank you for two wonderful days in Istanbul. Despite all the assurances of friends that two days in such city is a loss of time, because you won’t have time to explore it. I seem to have thoroughly examined Sultanahmet. Orsep Hotel, which I’ve booked, is quite decent, within Hagia Sophia reach. The food was simple, but hearty. The food was simple, but hearty. I liked most the possibility of transfer service of your company. For someone not very well-versed in unfamiliar cities it is a real salvation! Moreover, taxi is not always safe, and the taxi driver who sees a foreigner tries to take exorbitant prices.

Me and my friends arrived in the city for tuition just for three days, but we had a rest that lasted as for month! We had never felt so much fun! We lived in Erbil, it is very cheap and the food is quite decent, we liked the hotel - clean, quiet, simple, but comfortable. The whole 3 nights we’ve spent on Istiklal! We’ll come again for sure.

I can say that "TPS" is my "rescuer", for the news that I had to fly to Istanbul, came unexpectedly. I urgently needed a room in a certain part of the city and at the definite time. I tried to reserve a room by myself, but all my attempts were in vain. It was a very big disappointment ’cause the prices and conditions in no way corresponded to the promised services, and it is well seen during the reservation. Think of it as a single tourist advertising who knows all about how to rent a room in an unknown city:-) In all my travels to Istanbul, but in 2009 I visited the city on the Bosporus for the 17 time, this case is the one I have not experienced any problems and difficulties of settlement. Mostly thanks to the help of the professionals. I’ll be there for the 18th time! Asian part is waiting for me!!!

I want to thank TurkeyTPS company for the provision of accommodation in Istanbul. I had never used online booking, because due to my experience of traveler I know that in Istanbul you can always settle by yourself. It’s true, but it takes a VERY long time. I spent Christmas in Istanbul and I can say that it was the best holiday in my life! Maybe the fact that Turkish people do not celebrate Christmas added this holiday a special charm? I do not know... and Bosforus in winter is so beautiful! We lived in Taksim, but spent our vacation mainly in Istiklal, because we have already visited the historical part of the city. We have booked the room two days before our flight. I know what is happening in Istanbul during the holidays, and it is a real miracle that we found a room! You are real professionals!

I’m very afraid in the future you can cancel free transfer. Please, don’t do this, I travel with you for the fifth time, and I will be travelling more and more. Free transfer is very helpful, it is a very good saving. I’ll be disappointed if it was just a publicity move... Please don’t cancel it.

My experience of travel in Istanbul showed that the best offer is to book a hotel in advance, especially during the holidays. The only system of on-line booking of hotels in Istanbul which gives such an opportunity is YOU. That’s fine, your work meets your stated capacity.

I found a small boutique hotel in Sultanahmet, because I adore this area and I’ve been there for four times already. This is Dedem Hotel with absolutely stunning view on the Marmara Sea, which opens from the roof of the hotel where they have a terrace. I’ve spent there all the evenings! The most surprising – I was in Sultanahmet for many times, passed by "Dedem" but I had no idea what advantages this hotel has. My acquaintance with your website happened by chance. I had to go to Istanbul (for the first time in my life) for business and I immediately rushed to look for a hotel room. I was warned that a good room in a business-hotel is better to be booked in advance on the internet. I chose two sites, one of which turned out to be worthless: for two days before departure I was told that my reservation was canceled, and they did not even offer an acceptable option in return. Recently I have decided to visit Istanbul. It was not an easy decision coz I am afraid of being alone in an unknown city.
